Picked this little monster up last week. This is her first of many Egging experiences to come!
whats cooking? Just plain old ribs tonight. 275 degrees for 4-5 hours naked the entire run (the ribs, not me). Pecan and apple for smoke.

Thank you everyone! TexasBGE2018 - beautiful companion!!!! Here is an update on the ribs.
Kept them dry, served with some dipping sauce. I LOVE my egg!!
