I’ll take an order of that. This makes me regret not getting an outside griddle yet.

I'd kill that like OJ would

Thanks! I think it's a great compliment to the egg. This little 17in can turn out some food, but my mom has the 28in and the extra space is nice! Get the biggest you can afford I'd say. And do it now, don't wait!gonepostal said:Very strong work! I'll have a Blackstone in the arsenal one of these days...Large - Mini - Blackstone 17", 28", 36"

Looks really good. The 17" doesn't get much love around here. I broke mine out this past weekend for some sliders. Wish it was bigger, but I really don't have the room on my porch and it works for my family of three.

Thanks - I'm sort of in the same boat. Got the 17in as a Christmas gift. As mentioned earlier my mom got the 28in and I love cooking on it with the 2 heat zones. That said, I can make a lot on the 17!Griffin said:Looks really good. The 17" doesn't get much love around here. I broke mine out this past weekend for some sliders. Thanks! I've only cooked Mahi and shrimp on the BS (not a big seafood fan). I think the BS was made for fried rice! I typically will cook a batch of salted white rice on Monday's so I have it throughout the week. Can easily turn it into fried rice, or Mexican rice - or just reheat and eat. I'll have to check out those Korean tacos though - sounds delicious!fishlessman said:have yet to cook fish or rice on the blackstone, maybe this weekend. been doing alot of those korean tacos thats been posted lately on my 17, use it pretty much every weekend. the mahi looks greatLarge - Mini - Blackstone 17", 28", 36"
