    Recently did grilled peaches. Topped with marscapone, bourbon/rye barrel aged honey, then Lane’s chocolate caramel sea salt dessert seasoning. Delicious for sure! 

    Your cook  looks great as well!

    When the peaches are ripe and tender they are a special treat. Yours look delicious.

    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

    @FearlessTheEggNoob We stayed in one of their cabins. Spider Mountain is fantastic. Super fun. Rode all day Saturday, then Sunday during an easy warmup lap on a green trail I slide out in some loose rocks in a bermed corner and broke my collarbone!
