Lovin’ this Blackstone! Smashburgers, asparagus, pierogis and carmelized onions!
I gave my large BGE the night off in lieu of my new toy the 28” Blackstone griddle! I love the ease and versatility but I can’t say I prefer it to egging! It’s just different but in a delicious sort of way!
