I have a Hasty-Bake in addition to my eggs.  I got an email today from them about a BBQ/grilling series they are producing featuring a bunch of great cooks (link below).  You will recognize most if  not all the chefs/pitmasters featured. I think it is a very cool idea.  I’m a bit torn about spending $197 when I can get free YouTube videos from most of these chefs - but I am curious and just may pull the trigger.  What do y’all think?

A few of those are very well known. Matt Pittman does meat church rubs and is well known here before he changed to rabbit turds. Harry Soo is also very well known(WSM), and so is meathead Goodwin(amazingribs.com)and Tuffy Stone(BBQ ribs comp).  Harry and Tuffy are probably best known for the competition circuit. Still, this is steep when you can learn a bunch for free.
