Korean-ish BBQ chicken thighs

I've made this a couple times recently by family request.  Since I took pics on one occasion I figured I may as well share them.  I'm sure it's not authentic Korean so I throw in the "ish" to cover my bases.  

Marinated for 8 hours with lots of chili garlic paste and whatnot then raised direct at 400.
