I was asked to bring 5 racks of ribs to a gathering on Sunday. I usually cook 1 or 2 racks, turbo for 100 minutes and they always seem to come out great.
With the 16” D extender can I get 5 racks done in one cook? Three on 18” grid and two on 16” grid?
Thanks for the help.
