I was just at Costco.  Was checking out prime brisket they had in the case.  Sadly, I am the only one in my family that loves brisket.  I too got the email on the Prime Ribeyes.  The new one on Parramore off Collins Rd. here in Jax had a case full.

I was at the Costco in Nashua today. They had a half dozen packages on the prime tomahawk steaks - after I bought mine.
