So I got nominated to host Father's Day supper. I need ideas, wanna try something new but don't really know where to start. I've done the usual burgers, pulled pork, ribs. Anyone with ideas where to start? Thanks

Few would turn up their nose at a good spatchcock chicken. Maybe some hassleback baked potatoes. It sort of depends on the guest of honors taste.
