Haven’t posted a thread in awhile, but this cook warranted its own. Started by cubing up a small pork butt (about 3.5 lbs worth). Seasoned with meat church Holy Gospel

Threw in the Egg around 225 for a couple hours with applewood chips.

Used a can of pineapple chunks, SBR honey BBQ Sauce, Brown Sugar And Coconut Oil.

Covered with foil for another 1.5 hours and then Uncovered for 30 minutes to caramelize up.

Served with some coconut ginger jasmine rice and it was delicious.

Thanks for looking!
