Went in and found Prime NY Strips and a couple of Prime NY Strips. First time I’ve ever seen prime grade at the commissary.
Found out today that I can order the Tritip on a regular basis, and will be cheaper still in the cryovac.

They do have some great bargains. Last time I was in there pork shoulder was 89¢ a pound. I'm going to have to look for prime next time -- certainly haven't noticed it in the past.Cincinnati, Ohio. Large BGE since 2011. Still learning.
