Short Ribs - The FaceDance Way

Picked up some short ribs at the Wild Fork that recently opened near me.  Great place BTW.  I was hesitant due to everything being frozen but a day in the fridge and they were good to go!!!  Rubbed with some Mickey's coffee rub and then 250 for approx 5 hours over some apple smoke until IT of 180 and then another hour or so in some guiness and worcestershire until they hit IT of 205.  Fantastic results... they didn't last very long.
