SMOBOT Phenomenal Service

Had to have a new AT&T U Verse router installed, and I lost my paring on  both printers which took a few days to correct.  This morning I got all set up for an all day cook and discovered my SMOBOT controller didn't identify/talk with my new router.  I was in a panic mode and thought of calling SMOBOT and fortunately Curtis answered.  He worked with me several minutes until we got the SMOBOT system on line.  I'm so thankful for his for his kind effort and assistance on this Momorial Day.  What great service these guys provide to us.  I'm so sold on SMOBOT can't imagine a cook without its assistance.
