Simple rack, trimmed, salt, pepper, garlic powder, sprinkle of bull sh*t rub, asparagus and mushrooms and sweet potato. Delicious, but wondering if mustard would add some dimension?

I saw Malcolm Reed use hot sauce in lieu of mustard for binder. I tried it and did feel it added a little something it terms of depth. I don't think you'd even notice the mustard on the beef. fwiw
