Found a recipe online..pretty sure I hijacked it from a member ..wish I could remember who.
Egg is up to temp at 325...wings currently been on the egg for 30 min.

Wings have been seasoning for an hr

I like the way you think. I threw on a family pack of wings on the large this evening. You went the extra mile with the sauce. I picked up a bottle of store bought Buffalo sauce this evening and it was disgusting. You my friend played it smart with homemade. You're going to be eating good.
