Mother’s Day dessert

Made my wife’s favorite dessert yesterday, called Oregon berry crumble from one of her cookbooks.  4 cups of berries, topped with a mixture of oatmeal, maple syrup, coconut oil and cinnamon.   Indirect at 400 until the oats brown.   We throw vanilla bean ice cream on top as we serve and eat right from the cast iron.  Didn’t get a picture of that because the spoons hit it as soon as the ice cream goes in.   Simple and delicious.
