Threw an eye round on the medium tonight and reverse seared with some hickory. Came out great!

I like it like this. Sliced thin with a little au jus, cooked to a nice medium rare or so. I injected it with beef broth, as well

That is Gawjus. I have starred this before so want repeat the full memory. My mom cooked one of these every Sunday for lunch as I was growing up. Huge fan.

Great photos!  Love Eye of the Round.  I have never ate it directly off of the BGE, rather, in the fridge overnight, and then thine sliced for French Dip.  Your meal looks delicious!

The natural drippings from this roast make some of the best gravy in my opinion. You add yourself some rice and gravy.....well lord have mercy its a great day.

I enjoy cooking these as well. We use it to make Philly cheese steaks and other sandwiches. I always look for it to be on quick sell at Sams. Yours looks really good.
