Neighbor Pizza Night

So last night we felt like make pizza so we invited a group of the neighbors over and we let anybody who wanted to come up with whatever they wanted. I don't particularly care for making the dough so we stop by a great Napoletana Pizza place who sells dough balls, easy as can be to make them into crusts.

So here is what each pie came out to be 6x (forgot final pic of finished) over ~90 min of prep and cook. Cooked them each around 525 and they all came out perfect. In the Pic #3 was interesting idea- we cooked the crust with Oil, Mozzarella, Pepper and some Italian seasoning. After it was done we added Ricotta, Arugula (dressed in Oil), Parmesan and topped with Oil. Big hit of the night.

Just Vote- What if you could choose "none of the above" on an election ballot? Millions of Americans do just that, in effect, by not voting.  The result in 2016: "Nobody" won more counties, more states, and more electoral votes than either candidate for president.

    That’s inspiring!

We had four couples over for pizza party. My wife had all manner of toppings laid out and each couple made their own pizza...with the store-bought crusts we provided. Yes, we took the easy way out; however, everyone had a great time (and I didn't burn any pizzas!l. I definitely recommend for a casual dinner party theme. Thanks for sharing your pics...I somehow managed to not take any of ours.
