Pastrami in the Snow

They’re predicting anywhere from 1-6” today here in Southern Wisco. Not sure that’s really gonna happen but we’ll see. It seems like a good day to try the Amazing Ribs’ “Close to Katz’s” pastrami recipe.

    Hope the pastrami turns out well, and is done before 6" comes down.

    The snow looks big and clumpy. We've white stuff coming down just now, but nothing sticking yet. Had to bring in some plants I'd set out, overnight heading to 31F.

    8.5 hours and IT is 155. Ground is snow covered but we’re clearly not going to get anyway near to 6”, which is a good thing...

    @northGAcock, Charleston is one of our favorite places for spring break. Haven’t been down there in a couple years. Maybe next year.
