Easter lollipops...

Morning All:

We did our Easter dinner yesterday so our son, D-I-L & grandkids could join us (plus less stress)...the protein consisted of "Lollipops" -- lamb & pork tenderloin (the grandsons really like "anything on a stick")...here they are prepped, just slicing the tenderloin into medallions then on a stick, while the rack of lamb has a lemon slice, mint leaf & garlic slices in the each of the "pockets"...

Everything on the Egg...used Dizzy Pig Mediterranean-ish on the lamb, while the pork had DP Raging River (D-I-L's favorite) on half with Meat Church Honey Bacon BBQ on the other half...

Ready to come off...

After cutting the lamb into lollipops there was a dipping sauce of butter, mint & vermouth (very good)...missed getting pictures of the veggies which were Honey-Balsamic glazed carrots, peas with pancetta & grilled asparagus spears.

Can't beat good food with family!
