Blackstone Smashburgers and Deep Fries

Greetings friends,

College roommate just pulled the family in after a long 95/85 trip from Arlington to Greensboro. Made smashburgers on the blackstone. Couldn’t be better. Perfect medium rare to medium.


The key is just use the regular ground beef, smash, sprinkle a little onion soup mix on top after the flip, and melt cheese over it while domes for a few minutes. They go quick.


Potatoes were wedges just dropped in peanut oil in the deep fryer.

Delicious!!
