Salmon plus shrimp...
Morning All:
A very nice & quick dinner tonight...a piece of salmon (about 12 ounces) & two skewers of shrimp...used Dizzy Pig Raging River on the salmon with a drizzle of maple syrup/butter...on the shrimp was the Meat Church Honey Bacon BBQ rub...almost ready to come off the Egg...
Split the salmon down the middle so we each had a reasonable size piece & one skewer each of the shrimp, then added Zatarain's Caribbean Rice for the side dish for a delicious plate...
YUM, YUM!
