    That looks great! That's our target species when we go fishing in the Keys. Mahi tacos are almost always on the menu. Favorite fish to eat by far. Slaw looks awesome too!

    Super simple green and red cabbage, carrots, cilantro lime based creamy dressing. Tossed in some of the chili lime seasoning from Trader Joe’s.

    Topped the tacos/slaw with cilantro, red onions, and avacado.
