That’s half of the contenders. Pick one.

Heart says Tiger. Brain says Koepka.

Phil missing the cut is my bold prediction.

I could see that happening. I think we can also agree that Charlie Hoffman will hold the first round lead.

Since I anchored the NCAA B'ball pool, here I go again:

Going with the hometown guy, Justin Thomas.

Louisville;  L & S BGEs, PBC, Lang 36; Burnin' wood in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer.

I would like to see Rory, Thomas, Fowler, Rose or Koepka win it.

Don’t think Tiger, Phil, DJ or Spieth have the game right now. We all know Freddie and Charlie “Don’t Hassle the Hoff”man will be on the board at some point.

Molinari, Fleetwood and Oosty could throw their hat in the ring. I’d like to see a Kisner or Kyle Stanley make a run as well.

We’ll have a pretty good idea after the first round. Lately the winner has been in the top 6 after day one.

I'll go with Dustin as my top pick and Bubba Watson as my dark horse.

LG BGE, KJ Jr, Smokin Bros. Premier 36

Hard not to go with Rose. He is the most consistent of the top players in the world, and he's due.

For those in Georgia, what kind of weather are they expecting this week? Everyone is a contender if the wind blows.

Wouldn't mind seeing Fowler make a run for it.

Kucher has had a rough year. First with the caddie situation and then with Sergio. I have to say I used to be a big fan, but don’t think as highly of him as I used to. I remember him playing in the Master’s as an amateur while at Georgia Tech. I’ve rooted for him up until now. Unjustified or not, he’s just not the guy I thought he was. Hard to pull for him.

I went to Tuesdays practice round, it was a lot of fun, except for the 3 hour rain delay. I have to root for Tony Finau, he is an EGGhead.

  • fence0407fence0407 Posts: 1,945

I'm rooting for his ankle in the par 3. But he is a solid pick this week.
