It’s been awhile since I’ve posted - been working 7 days a week for quite some time. Finally decided to hell with it, I’m going to make a half assed nice meal for us. So, here it is...Tri Tip cut into steaks with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Used Hardcore carnivore on the beef and had to limit the number of asparagus stalks due to gout, but was delicious.
