I don't carry the Chef's, but I have the Classic 6 & 8 Kiritsukis, 7 Asian Chef's, 4.5 Asian Prep, 6" filet, 7" flexible filet, and the 12 HG brisket/carving knife.
I can get anything else within a week, but that's what I have in stock. I need to order some Nakiri's anyway.
