got a whole 30 day wet aged New Yorker here. Cut it up into 2” steaks. Ish.....


freezing two for later. Packaged four for buddies at work.


And two for tonight for the 13 year old turning 14 going on 24 dinner, and brandi and damien celebrating a reasonably successful 5 years.


will try and remember to post the aftermath.. for now.. here are some steaks.
