Cooked some baby backs last night. Bone Sucking dry rub and Bone Sucking sauce. Sorry no plated pictures.....has rice and asparagus. 4 1/2 hours at 250 degrees (dome) and sauced that last hour.

@marysvilleksegghead - I saw a post of yours on another thread regarding the land of OZ. Are you from there as I missed any clues since the accent didn't come thru. Lived there (Canberra suburb of Weston Creek) with family in 1995. Toured quite a bit of the country. Great time.
