Drunken Flank Steak . .

Marinated in rum, ginger, soy and garlic. And brown sugar. Will add some more pics as we go. Indirect cook started

I like it, I don’t have the flank steak but I know the drunken part. Gonna be great!

Finished up the reverse sear. Served with grilled asparagus with dizzy pig Mediterranean, mashed potatoes, grilled garlic bread and glazed carrots. All per middle daughter’s request for her birthday dinner.
