    Burgers for the win. How do you find them (grill grates) for flare ups? Charring looks great.

    Gawjus! Had burgers last night. It’s a meal that is really hard to beat.

    He gets lump for 25 cents a pound.

    They do look "cooked to perfection." I think I will take some ground beef out for burgers tomorrow.

    We try to plan our EggFest cooks early but this year we are cooking for Suckle Busters almost every weekend. Darin we will see you in Athens TX!

    Those burgers look fantastic, I need to get some grillgrates
    I was very skeptical about the Grillgrates. So many mixed reviews.
    Another very generous Egghead offered to send me a set for free. He was not crazy about them. I really liked them so I bought a new set and passed the other set off to another Egghead. Got to love the forum members here!
    I normally cook with them at about felt level around 350. Maybe a little hotter for burgers.
