Just some wings...

Morning All:
Did some wings yesterday for me, Kathy & MomT...first into the brine for about 2 hours...then since there were 19 pieces separated into 3 batches for 3 different rubs...the ones at the top were Meat Church Honey Bacon (got a bottle at the Chain of Lakes Eggfest & had to try it)...the ones on the left are Dizzy Pig Mole' & the ones to the right are Braswell's Cinnamon Chipotle...just put on the Egg with some cherry for smoke...
Dome temp was about 225 when I put them on...slowly let temp raise over the next 1.5 hours to about 350 then bumped to 400 for the last 15 to 20 minutes...ready to come off...
And a close up...
VERY TASTY MEAL (the Meat Church rub was our favorite this time)!

I rarely add smoke to chicken. Nine years ago, my first BGE cook was chicken breasts with an abundance of wood chips. I knew nothing about the egg or smoke wood. Needless to say, those breasts had a LOT of smoke flavor!
Your cook looks might tasty @SSN686 !
