Note: My first exposure to wine was stuff Dad made in a similar fashion, using a large glass jug and a party balloon on top. Suffice it to say I never wanted to try wine again, until I tried a good bottle sometime in my 30's.
However, I wish I knew this technique in college; it does appear, uh, "economical".

The Dallas Morning News has an interview with a Master Sommelier tasting some Instant Pot wine. While he didn't gag on it, I think I will stick to my usual favorite winery's selections.XL BGE in San Jose, CA. Also a Pit Barrel Cooker, a Cal Flame P4 gasser, and lots of toys including the first ever Flame Boss 300 in the wild. And a new Flame Boss 500.
