Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
Why are they priced lower than a prime (or is that just a fluke)?Johns Is, SC
L/MiniMax Eggs -
Prime at Costco is lower than $5 per pound. I think prime is around $3 to $3.5 at Costco in Dallas area.

Will do! Unfortunately I will be out of town for a few weeks so this Brisket will be sleeping in the freezer for a little bit. I have smoked plenty of Prime Briskets from Costco which have came out great. Curious if the Wagyu grade lives up to the hype.

@Croy- the Wagyu does live up to the hype and especially at those prices. At least that's my perspective. FWIW-

100% agree... It's been a regular offering in Plano and there is a marked difference. Prime is 3.29 and wagyu 4.99. at that price I'd do wagyu all dayDallas Texas.

The Costco in Cedar Park has them as well.

@TexasisBestest I am confused with your comment. You are comparing apples to oranges (point vs flat)...
