Turkey Breast Steaks (??)

My “bring to work protein” for the week, subbing out the usual chicken thighs.

Brined ‘em, rubbed ‘em, egged ‘em direct at 400. Not really sure about ‘em. They taste an awful lot like turkey, tbh.  Made a sandwich for today. We’ll see how this goes.
