@bgebrent wowed all of us with his pan roasted chicken post a few days ago. I immediately knew that I was going to steal it. I was out of cherry so opted to skip wood altogether. 

So here it is....served with SV carrots

Nice cook!!  Great color.   How hot did you cook? I’ve never been able to get whole potatoes done like that I’m the CI.

Thanks! 400ish. Used the Woo to get in gasket level. Took about an hour

I’ve been cooking at 500 indirect on the Woo extender. Guess I need to lower the temp.  Was the skin tater chip crispy?
