Sous vide cheesecake

Stuck at home this weekend with laryngitis...not fun but oh well.

Deceided to make some cheesecake in the immersion cooker for the first time since I had some time to play around.

Standard style vanilla based cheesecake receipt with some buttermilk added to give it some zing or bite.

Topped with a layer of crumbled graham cracker, then a layer of marshmallow topping/sauce, then another layer of graham cracker crumble, and finished with a drizzle of a chocolate sauce to create a play on a smores cheesecake.

Turned out pretty delicious and highly recommended!!

    After getting those cooked, and the Sous vide was still warm I decided to do a big batch of garlic confit in olive oil for around 4 hours.

    Gonna use that on some other cooks next week!
    Open to ideas for those cooks!
