This is mere coincidence but today I saw one of those. It was running Eastbound of the shoulder of the Westbound lane of I-10. I thought about trying to catch him but I was afraid that he would spook into traffic. A half mile behind him was a woman in yoga pants and spandex top. Another half mile and I saw where a white car had apparently been side swiped and knocked from the Eastbound lanes to almost in the Westbound lanes. I hope both the two foots and the four foots made it. I recon that the dog had abandoned ship.
