Yes.
Inhale by Steve Ross and Yoga by Adrienne on YouTube are regulars.
Also have a collection of videos on the media server. Do yourself a favor and get a good mat, some blocks and a strap for stretching
Rodney Yee has some great beginner videos out that focus on technique, but still give you quite the workout~ John - Formerly known as ColtsFan - https://www.instagram.com/hoosier_egger

Been to three weeks of couples yoga myself. Was quite surprised (pleasantly) that I was not sore. I am at a beginners level, but can see how this can be a hard workout. Not sure if I will continue when the. Commitment is over. It’s worth a try and forming your own opinion.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax

Big fan of the pants. Hopefully yoga continues to be a thing.

Been doing yoga for 7-8 years, not hard core but more old fart style (slower moves/changes). Been great even after a hip replacement and a triple fractured ankle that's held together with metel plate and screws.Niceville, Fl

I work out regularly and have done yoga on only a few occasions. I have no trouble believing that regular practice would bring me physical benefits such as additional flexibility and strength. It’s the integration with the spirituality component that leaves me less enthusiastic for my purposes.

Yes for several years now. I really recommend taking a beginners class to start. You are less likely to try to match one of the advanced students and blow out a joint. I do remember one class where some military guys around 20 dropped in. They were talking about maybe it was a decent warmup before they got serious about working out. The teacher, a silver haired lady in her early 60’s , got this evil look in her eyes. Well let’s just say 90 minutes later only pride let them walk very slowly, with sweat pouring off, out the door.

I saw an episode of Shark Tank a few years back and an ex wrestler Diamond Dallas Page had started a DVD series on yoga. I have never tried it or heard anyone so I’m not sure if it’s any good. He talked it up like it was the best thing ever. Said it transformed his life. Great sales pitch.

He was on I think the Adam Carolla podcast in the last couple of years hawking it as well. Claims it helped after back surgery and such. Who knows, but I remember being 12 and liking him and Stone Cold Steve Austin as wrestlers so he’s got that going for him.g8golfer said:I saw an episode of Shark Tank a few years back and an ex wrestler Diamond Dallas Page had started a DVD series on yoga. Even after years it's still about keeping some flexablity in this old bod. It is good for part of your workout, keeps the muscles stretched and joints flexable.GrateEggspectations said:I work out regularly and have done yoga on only a few occasions. It’s probably the best form of whole body exercise there is. My girlfriend (51) is a devout practitioner & instructor & has the body of a woman in her 20s, zero body fat & strong as an ox. Not that this part is too difficult but she could snap me in two without breaking a sweat.

So I dipped my toe. Went in yesterday, did a 60 minute hot yoga session. About 20 people in the room, I'm clearly the senior-est citizen by a couple of decades. Counting me, only 4 guys, including one ridiculously ripped dude. Did I mention it was hot yoga? 10 minutes in I was drenched. The instructor was supportive and gave me some (necessary) individual attention, but she just went too fast for me. Changing poses all the time, hell I don't even know the poses. I'm just watching the woman in front of me and trying to copy her. Forget ogling, I'm in survival mode. Not gonna lie, I did feel light headed a couple times. At that point I would simply stop and assume my favorite position - the corpse pose. And today? Not even the least bit sore. Will I do it again? Yep.Signal Mountain, TN

I don do that stuff but my wife does. I approve only of the pants she wears.
