    Thanks everyone. Gonna do this Saturday, so it's ready to be warmed on Sunday for Superbowl. Chili always tasted better the next day anyhow. 

    Gonna start a new thread, not to plagiarize here. I just put all my cooks on my story, so I can find them and remember what the heck I did in the last cook. That's saved me a few times.

    Can't wait to try this.
