Filet Mignon 2 Ways (SRF Sale)

Bought a bunch of on sale SRF bone in filet mignons and rib eye filets a few months back. Reverse seared 2 of each last night — no guests last night, so I was able to cook the bone in’s just the way I like:  nice and RARE. They were fork(ing) tender.

While I wouldn’t pay full price for them, at bogo they were def worth the money.
