Semi-homemade Chicken Tinga Tacos

Wife sent me a recipe for chicken tinga tacos, that she was going to make, which meant I was going to make. Traditionally, it is supposed to be pulled chicken. I am getting lazy, however, and just chopped it up. 

Started with pickling some onions.
Then seasoned up some chicken breasts and threw them on the grill. 

Now on to the tinga sauce. Onions, garlic, fire roasted tomatoes and some other stuff.
