greetings friends,

called thermoworks about a failed meat probe on my Smoke (which I can’t recommend enough). I’m outside warranty - by a month. 

Tim is sending me a replacement as a courtesy.

    Great customer service... b/c they need it. Almost all of my Thermoworks products have broke under light use. All have been replaced though. so that's good I guess.

    My smoke gateway unpaired and I CANNOT get it to re pair to my wifi. Tried android, tried iOS.. gave up   flameboss for me and never been happier. 
    Dallas Texas.
