About to get this party started. Second time doing the turbo method. Hopefully it turns out as good as the first one.

Since I discovered turbo butt last year I've never looked back. I absolutely can't tell the difference from low & slow.Cincinnati, Ohio. Large BGE since 2011. Still learning.

My wife actually preferred the turbo method compared to the low and slow. She likes the bark that the turbo method creates.

I think this weekend I will do two butts side by side. One L&S and one turbo since I have to anyway. It’s been a very long time since I cooked one under 350Columbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.

Thank goodness music videos have come a long way. Too bad the music hasn’t. Hard to beat Judas Priest.
