Sometimes you just need one!!! Chef Norah Grace was back at it again, making an out of this world galaxy cupcake. She’s so excited because she thinks she’s going to win her schools baking/decorating competition tomorrow. I will temper this with the skill set of the judges-if they are knowledgeable then it's no contest, she wins hands-down. However, in most of these events that is not the case. You never know what is the judge's trigger.In her case talent and outcome should easily prevail but if not then I assure you she won't understand the results and you will have some 'splaining ahead of you.Level playing field-everyone else is playing for second place.Best of luck!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.
