  • The village is about 20 minutes from hot springs which has unlimited great places to eat. In the village Joanne’s at Desoto golf course and El Jimmidor just down the road are the best places there.
In hot springs McClards is the most popular for bbq. I’ve lived down the road my whole life and never ate there for some reason. But many people claim it to be there favorite in the state.
The Porterhouse is the best steakhouse in town.
Rolando’s is an Ecuadorian and Latin American food restaurant. It is really great and has a speakeasy upstairs. Awesome atmosphere and great cocktails
Sams pizza pub is my favorite restaurant in hot springs. Sits on lake Hamilton.
Angels Italian restaurant is excellent as well.
The national park area is the best part of hot springs. This is where all the bathhouses and historic hotels are and a few of these restaurants listed plus many more. You can drive up to the observation tower or park anywhere down town and get on to the hiking trails. There is miles and miles of trails that lead all over hot springs national park. With some great photography opportunities. But there is a lot of elevation gains. So be prepared.
