Wife and I were doing the Costco thing when we happened on the man behind the ice-cold meat shelf. He was selling PRIME boneless ribeye......I bought 2x8oz and prep'd them the next day with some rub and BACON WRAPPED.
Took 'em off about 150 and WOW. Butter Knife cutting is no joke.
And delicious.
But for 20$ per pound? I'd expect nothing less. -

I think the boneless ribeyes have the cap already removed. You can buy the rolled up cap as well, same price I think. Try those next time, they’re usually 0.75 to 1 lb EACHTHANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER -
