Bourbon-glazed ribs, sweet potato waffles and brussel sprout slaw

Smoked some ribs at -13F today. Worked out quite nicely, all things considered. Sides were sweet potato and whole wheat waffles and brussel sprout and apple slaw featuring feta. We ate well. 

All was was made from scratch.
