Kitchen Renovation

We bought a house a year ago in a great established neighborhood. Minutes from the beach, great shopping and restaurants close by.
The house is a 93 build and was a second home for an older couple that lived out of state for the last decade or so. They lived in it less than 50 days over their ownership. They did the big things like new roof, replumbed and replaced AC, that’s the upside. The downside was it was still 1993 inside. Appliances like the refrigerator and stove were replaced but with the cheapest you can probably find. We bought knowing the kitchen and bathrooms would be remodeled. Here are pics of the before. Wallpaper, laminate counter surfaces, small outdated cabinets, leaking plumbing and well you can see below.
The remodel was a complete gut job, new everything. Cabinets are all wood (no particle board, engineered wood etc) with full extension drawers, dovetailed joints, double roll out shelves in the lowers with soft close hinges and shelf hardware. We went with a 36 inch induction cooktop over a built in oven for a clean custom look and no counter surface breaks. Refrigerator cabinet give it a hint of built in look without the expense. Under cabinet lighting, lighting in the uppers and in the ceiling all dimable. We think it came out pretty good and the wife got to pick out exactly what she wanted.
