Simple Pork Chop

Sorry, I didn't snap a photo of the chop on the mini, here is a plated picture:


 I rubbed a 2" bone in, brined chop with Dizzy Pig, and finished with Bone Sucking Sauce. I put that on top of an apple reduction, because I had extra time I finished it off with a twice baked and homemade bacon and sour cream. Not extravagant but it was good.
