    Do you season the meat , or throw some rub on while they grill? Haven't figured out which I prefer, but I lean towards adding rub while they grill. The flavors seem to pop a bit more that way .

    I season with Lawry's and cracked pepper right before I put them on and that is it.

    Interesting.  Never thought about adding the seasoning while grilling.  I always mix it in while forming my patties.  Will have to give this a shot next time.
